Federal Register All new federal regulations must first go through a public input process after being published in the Federal Register. You can search to find out what's new in specific issues, such as senior housing and fair housing. San Diego City Municipal Codes U.S. Code Federal Fair Housing Act Federal and State Agencies State of California Use this site as a springboard to any area of California government. California Department of Real Estate Department of Fair Employment and Housing This California agency, which enforces fair housing law, has a comprehensive site with information on discrimination in both housing and employment. Department of Justice The DOJ enforces federal fair housing laws. They also have a large library of information on the Americans with Disability Act (ADA).
