As General Counsel, Mr. O’Laughlin oversees the firm’s legal affairs and is instrumental in furthering the firm’s commitment to its clients. Mr. O’Laughlin has served on the California State Bar’s Committee on Professional Liability Insurance. For twenty years, Mr. O’Laughlin was a Professor at the University of San Diego teaching courses in real property, business organizations, and contracts. Mr. O’Laughlin serves the firm’s clients in developing strategies to enhance business opportunities and to mitigate risk. He is a member of the bar in California, Nevada, and Maine.
