Denice Gaucin is an attorney in our Los Angeles office. Ms. Gaucin has practiced in Landlord/Tenant Law for over 15 years. She has consulted in thousands of eviction cases, settled hundreds of matters both in and out of court and has handled hundreds of bench trials.  Ms. Gaucin enjoys explaining the legal process to clients and assisting clients in trial preparation.

Prior to graduating law school, Ms. Gaucin volunteered at the Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles-Van Nuys Self Help Center assisting litigants with court forms, petitions and responses.
