Matthew Hogan is a Partner in our Los Angeles office.  He handles landlord/tenant matters and unlawful detainers for residential and commercial properties.  Mr. Hogan has successfully represented plaintiff landlords in over 30 jury trials in unlawful detainer actions, has litigated over 1000 bench trials, and has settled approximately 1000 non-payment of rent, breach of contract and nuisance cases.

Mr. Hogan has also litigated 12 jury trials to verdict for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office involving domestic violence, reckless driving, under the influence of controlled substances and theft.
